What are your return policies? Please read carefully the following return policy before placing your order. WaitSpace Return PoliciesMoney-back guaranteeWaitSpace proudly offers a 14 day money-back guarantee on all stock products. If within 14 days of the delivery date you wish to return a product, you must request an RMA number. Upon approval, we will refund you the full amount paid for the item provided that the product has not been customized or modified in any way, remains in saleable condition and is returned with all original packaging. Any/all shipping costs (both to and from you) are non-refundable. IMPORTANT: Return authorization is required. Before returning any products, you must contact us using this form to request an RMA number. Doing so will ensure you use the correct return address (we have more than one) and will ensure you meet our return policy criteria. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number will be neither accepted nor refunded. The definition of "saleable condition"Upon receipt of your returned product, we will inspect the goods and determine if they are in "saleable condition." We will determine if any wear or damages occurred that might prevent us from re-selling the product. If no wear or damages can be found, and if the product has no custom features (your name added, change of color, etc.) and has not been modified in any way then we will issue a full credit less all shipping costs. Order cancellationIf your order was a special order or if it contains customization (such as your name, logo, slogan, etc.), it may not be canceled and is non-returnable. To ensure your satisfaction with custom orders, please request an electronic or printed proof at the time of your order so you can provide approval prior to production and shipping. If your order is a stock item, a 25% re-stocking fee may apply. Please contact us to confirm. If your order is a stock item and contains no customization, you may cancel your order at any time as long as your order has not yet shipped. Freight damageAny delivery of product with obvious product damage should be refused by the customer. Our products are packed with great care and protective materials and slight package damage usually does not affect the product. However, in cases like this, we suggest that if there is time to open the shipment in front of the driver you may find that the product is in perfect condition. In the event the driver is not able to stay on the delivery site during the inspection of the water feature, the customer must note on all freight bill - "Driver would not wait, pending inspection, there may be concealed damage" so the customer is covered for concealed damages. We have received product back with scuffing and indentations on cartons with absolutely no damage to the product which is a great waste of money and time for all parties. Carrier claims for all freight damage must be made within three (3) days from the date of delivery by the carrier to the client and reported to WaitSpace Customer Care using this form so they may be processed with the freight carrier. Claims for freight damage for shipments made by carriers designated by the customers or their source of purchasing should be handled by their prescribed procedure for claims. Excluded products, custom orders, professional services and commissioned productsMagazine, newspaper and periodical subscriptions are not returnable. Because waterfall/fountain returns have been abused previously, the manufacturer is no longer willing to accept returns of these products unless there is a problem with the order or shipping damage. An RMA number is strictly required in any such instances. Because customized products are not resaleable to others, if your purchase includes any customization (your name, a new color, a custom size or shape, and/or other changes) then your order is not eligible for a return or a refund. Professional services and custom work are not refundable due to the time-intensive nature of these efforts, however you will have opportunity to request and approve a proof before going into production for custom design pieces.
